Note: Payments from patients are not processed via us. We don't oversee financial transactions between you and your patients. What we do is charge dentists for accessing our subscription-based platform.
Fee: We charge a repeating fee to dentists using our platform. We discuss details of subscription plans and payment structure during registration or plan selection.
Transaction Method: We process payment via UPI. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior.
Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel anytime. But, we will not refund any unused subscription time.
Honesty: We expect you to provide current, exact information when using ERP4Dentist.
Privacy: You, as a user, are tasked with keeping patient records, login details, and sensitive platform data confidential.
Compliance: By using ERP4Dentist, you agree to follow local laws and guidelines relating to your practice, including data and patient privacy.
